Our dry-cure salumi is made in small batches, hand-tied, and slowly aged, creating the very finest flavors and impeccable texture. Whether its the meaty, lactic tang of our Italian-style Salamini; the smoky spice of our Spanish-style Chorizo; the smooth, silky nuance of our French-style Saucisson Sec; or the peppery tickle of our Pepperoni; our dry-cure sausages are marvelous.
