Ordering Terms and Conditions

- Each housemade goody from Northern Waters Smokehaus is available for mail order. However, product availability can occasionally change according to demand. We will do our best to keep up with demand for all our products, but will always let you know if a product needs more *brine time!*
- Your Order: In-stock orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday during regular business weeks.
- Your Security: Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available
today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information,
including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over
the internet.
- Our Return policy: We will replace any product which has spoiled
in transit.

All products handmade in small batches (hence such deliciousness), so items are subject to supply and demand. In the case of our supply not meeting your demand, any back-stocked item will be shipped to you as soon as humanly possible.
