Smoked fish is a delicacy around the world. Here at the Smokehaus, we put our own unique spin on the process. We partially "kipper" our smoked salmon, smoked whitefish, and smoked lake trout, creating a moist, sealed-in flavor that is delicately smokey, amazingly buttery, and impossible to resist.

Atlantic Salmon Traditional Style
A perfect marriage of salt, sugar and smoke. Hard to beat this old standby. We use only the highest quality boneless Atlantic salmon. Each fillet is hand-trimmed, marinated, smoked with maple wood, and packaged without the use of artificial colors or preservatives.
